I am unable to pair the M100 with my device

Try this solution

Make sure your earphones are in pairing mode

The ear buds will flash white and blue when in pairing mode. You can ensure that they are in pairing mode by doing the following:
With your M100 in your ears, tap and hold the L or R earphone touch surface for 8 seconds until you hear “Waiting to Pair” and the M100 LEDs flash white and blue. Alternatively, with your M100 in the charging case, press and hold the case function button for 3 seconds until you see the M100 LED flash white and blue.

  1. When the LEDs on your M100 are flashing blue and white, go to the Bluetooth settings on your device.

  2. Select Melomania M100.

  3. Your M100 should now be paired and connected.
