My sound and video are out of sync

Gaming Mode is used to enhance the earphone’s performance by utilising aptX Low Latency.

We would suggest enabling gaming mode when using the M100 earbuds as audio for video, such as gaming or watching movies. Gaming mode is a low latency mode that will minimise any delay or sync issues between video and audio which can occur via Bluetooth.

Gaming mode can be enabled and disabled via the Melomania Connect app.
