How do I perform a factory reset on the M100?
Many issues can be resolved through a factory reset of the earbuds. A reset will forget all previously paired devices.
If you wish to perform a factory reset on your M100, please follow the steps below:
How-to guide
1. Place both ear buds in the charging case
2. While the case is open, press and hold the charging case function button for 10 seconds
This button is located on the bottom of the case.
3. The LED on the ear buds will rapidly flash white, before returning to the blue and white ‘breathing’ display.
At this point, you can release the charging case function button as the reset procedure is complete
4. Pair the M100 to your device
The M100 will no longer remember any of the devices that have previously paired with them
