How do I update the firmware of my M100?
We always suggest keeping the firmware of your M100 up to date. You can update the firmware of the ear buds by following the steps below:
How-to guide
1. If a firmware update is available you’ll see the ‘New Firmware Available’ message. Select the arrow next to this message.
2. Select ‘Install’ and the firmware version will begin downloading
Note: please remain on the page and don't take any phone calls while the update is in process.
3. Once the download is complete, you’ll see a green tick and a message saying that the upgrade is complete
Select 'Done' and you'll be taken back to the app home page.
