Why isn't the EVO showing album artwork or track information?
Pressing the info (i) button on the front panel of the Player cycles through the different display options.
If you are unable to see album artwork or track information when playing from streaming services, we would first recommend pressing the info (i) button to cycle through all the display options until the album artwork/track information appears.
To display the artwork of your albums when using UPnP, the artwork must be embedded within the metadata of the music file that is being played. For more information on album art, see the FAQ here. If the album art is correctly contained within the track metadata, the album art will appear on the front LED display as well as within the StreamMagic app.
The artwork must be embedded within the file metadata or it can also be saved as a JPEG inside the album folder. The JPEG can be called Folder.jpg, folder.jpg, folder.jpeg or folder.png.
