How do I perform a factory reset on the CXN100?

There are two ways of performing a factory reset on the CXN100:

Via the front panel:

1. Hold down the ‘i’ (Info) button on the front panel.

2. As instructed on the display, hold down the ‘reverse skip’ button to perform the factory reset.

Via the StreamMagic app:

1. Once the StreamMagic app is connected to the CXN100, select the device ‘Settings’ option.

2. Select ‘Factory Reset’.

3. Select ‘Continue’.
   Please note that a reset will delete all saved settings, presets and network information.
