Does the DacMagic Plus have a balance control in addition to its digital volume control?

Yes. When the DacMagic Plus is in pre-amp mode*, press and hold the 'Filter/Phase' button while turning the volume control. The volume control then becomes a balance pot, with the incoming sample rate LEDs showing the L/R balance

* Pre-amp mode is enabled/disabled by pressing and holding the volume control during power up.
