I've lost or damaged my M100 ear buds/charging case

As the ear buds are paired together in the factory, it is not possible to introduce a new ear bud to an already paired set and have them connect with each other. For this reason we are only able to sell the ear buds as a pair and not individually.

Replacement ear buds and charging cases will be able to be purchased directly from our website and via Amazon.

We are currently awaiting stock of replacement ear buds and charging cases for the M100. Whilst we cannot give an exact date, we expect these to be available for purchase via our website and Amazon soon.

We sincerely apologise for not having replacement ear buds or charging cases available at launch, and we're working on making them available for purchase as soon as possible.
