How does the 60 day home trial work?

If you purchase a Cambridge Audio product directly from our website and you are not happy with it for any reason after trialling it at home, you can simply contact our Support Team and request a full refund up to 60 days after the date of purchase.

We'll provide you with a free returns label to return your product to us, and once received, we'll refund you in full providing the product is undamaged and returned using the original undamaged packaging and all included accessories in a sellable condition.
