Charging case LED does not light up

Try using a different USB-C charging cable to see if the charging cable is the problem and has not been providing power to the case. Also try plugging the USB-C charging cable into a different USB socket or a different power source to see if this could be the issue.

You can also try using the current setup with another device to rule out any fault specific to your charging case.
