What is High-Performance Mode with Melomania Touch and how does it work?

If you love your music as much as we do, switching to our 'High-Performance' Audio mode allows you to enjoy even greater soundstage and higher dynamic range than normal. This is done by switching earbud amplification to Class A/B (instead of the standard Class D amplification deployed by 99.9% of all Bluetooth earphones and headphones).
Class A/B is the amplification standard inside our multi award-winning CX amplifiers.

Note: Audiophile mode uses 20% more power, thus will reduce play time by approximately 20% to around 7hrs (earbuds) and 40hrs (total case + earbuds). This is still enough battery life to fly from London to New York on a single charge!
