There is no sound from the EVO when connected to my TV

Try this solution

Ensure that the audio settings on your TV are set to PCM or Stereo

The EVO has a HDMI ARC input to allow you to create a connection to a TV that supports ARC function.

There will be no sound from the EVO if the audio settings on your TV are set to output Dolby Digital or a Surround signal. This is because the EVO only supports a 2 channel PCM signal.

If certain TV apps, such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, are not producing any audio, then you may also need to change the audio settings within these apps to PCM or Stereo.

Note: Please also ensure that you have selected 'TV ARC' as the source on the EVO.
