If you're having issues discovering your CXN (V2) to your home network within the StreamMagic app, we've now added the facility to connect to a unit directly, via its IP address.

How to connect your CXN (V2) manually using the IP address

1. If unable to discover your unit automatically, press 'CONNECT'

2. Press 'here' to enter your IP address manually. If using Android, press 'ENTER IP ADDRESS'

3. Once you have entered the IP address, press 'Connect'

4. Your CXN (V2) should now be connected to the StreamMagic app
