Can the CXN (V2) connect to wireless speakers/headphones via a Bluetooth or Wi-Fi output?

No, the CXN V2 is not able to connect to a pair of wireless speakers or headphones. This is because the CXN V2 is not able to transmit a Bluetooth or Wi-Fi signal. The CXN V2 is only able to receive a Wi-Fi signal.

The CXN V2 is also only able to receive a Bluetooth signal with the addition of the optional BT100 Bluetooth receiver.
