How do I perform a factory reset on the AXN/MXN?

There are two ways of performing a factory reset on the AXN/MXN:

  1. Remove the mains power lead

  2. Hold the standby button while re-applying the power lead

  3. The LED will flash red while the factory reset process completes

  4. The player will reboot

  1. Once the StreamMagic app is connected to the MXN/AXN, select the device ‘Settings’ option.

  2. Select ‘Factory Reset’.

  3. Select ‘Continue’.

Please note that a reset will delete all saved settings, presets and network information.
