How can I connect my tape deck to the AXA25?

Please start by connecting your tape deck's line out to one of the AXA's analog inputs. (A1, A2, A3)

This will set the tape deck up as a source for playback on your amplifier.

Next, output the signal from the AXA using the REC OUTPUT to your tape deck's line input.
