Warranty for UK & ROW

Your Cambridge Audio product warranty is the responsibility of the retailer or dealer that you purchased from. If you purchased from a retailer or dealer please contact them for warranty information.

If you purchased from Cambridge Audio directly via Cambridgeaudio.com or our Amazon stores.

Cambridge Audio products are covered by a warranty from the date of purchase. This does not cover above-average wear and tear, misuse, and abuse.

Melomania:
• 18 months warranty
• Additional 6 months warranty for registering your product at CA.com

EDGE:
• 24 months warranty
• Additional 36 months warranty for registering your product at CA.com

Everything else:
• 24 months warranty
• Additional 6 months warranty for registering your product at CA.com

For customers who purchased from Cambridge Audio directly via our eBay store in the UK, U.S, or Europe:

• The warranty is specified on each individual listing.

Software:
• We will support our software-enabled products with security updates up to a maximum of five years from the end of manufacture.

Note: This only applies to products which can be connected to a network and only applies to software directly controlled by Cambridge Audio, and not to third-party services.

Replacements:
• If you receive a replacement product under warranty, the new warranty for this replacement will last either until the end of your original product's warranty period or for 12 months from the date you received the replacement, depending on which of these two durations is longer.

Repairs:
• UK & EU: All repairs are covered for 3 months. This includes parts and labour. If the unit is then returned with a completely different fault unrelated to the first, this would be a chargeable repair.
• U.S & Canada: All repairs are covered for 30 days. This includes parts and labour. If the unit is then returned with a completely different fault unrelated to the first, this would be a chargeable repair.
