I can't connect my Bluetooth device to the CXA61/81
Try this solution
Ensure that the supplied Bluetooth antenna is properly connected to the back of the unit
The CXA61/81 will be unable to connect to a Bluetooth device without the antenna connected. Try disconnecting and then re-connecting the antenna.
