Max volume whilst using Android is too low – what do I do?
The volume controls on your Melomania earphones and your device may operate independently. If you’re not getting high enough volume on your Melomania Touch with your Android device, please make sure the volume is high on both devices:
To increase the volume on your Melomania earphones:
Check the playback volume is turned up on your device, then touch and hold the Right earbud whilst music is playing.
You should hear the music getting louder, release your finger once you are happy with the volume.
If this does not work:
Make sure you’re up to date with the latest:
Melomania app version on your device.
Melomania firmware on your earphones.
